Rebekha Rogers began her career in the mental health field with a longstanding compassion towards aiding families within the community. Her previous position as a Case Manager with a Baltimore-based Therapeutic Foster Care Agency, provided Rogers with first-hand knowledge and experience in working with Maryland families in need of mental health and substance abuse education, leading to her own dedication as the founding partner of Project Chesapeake. Rogers received a Bachelor of Science in Family Science from the University of Maryland, College Park and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, before ultimately earning the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) designation.
After over a decade of experience with an established commercial real estate development firm, Joe Rogers joined Project Chesapeake full-time as a partner in 2016. Rogers is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism.
Brought on to oversee the expansion of the company, Eugene Shuttle joined Project Chesapeake’s partnership team in early 2016, leaving a ten-year career in financial services.
